Windermere Parkway Trees

Parkway trees are a valuable asset to our Windermere community and add many benefits to all neighbors, wildlife at the envirnment. 

Every Windermere lot is required to have and maintain Parkway Trees.  These are the trees located between the sidewalk and street in front of your home.  It's a requirement as outlined in the HOA Covenants.  The Town of Fishers Plan Commission has already approved the Parkway Trees in writting on the Windermere Plats which are official public record documents. 

Most lots are required to have two parkway trees, corner lots 4 parkway trees and lots in the circular portion of a cul-de-sac, one parkway tree.

4. LANDSCAPE REQUIREMENTS:

Lots are subject to the following minimum landscape specifications which must be completed prior to obtaining an occupance permit.  The NCC may grant extensions due to inclement weather.

D. Each lot shall provide two (2) three inch (3") caliper parkway trees except each street corner lot must provide four (4) three inch (3") caliper parkway trees.  The species and location to be determined by the NCC.
